Please see the attachment. Judge Chen rejected the industry's claim that Berkeley's cell phone right to know ordinance violates their first amendment rights. Ted Olson represented the CTIA in court on August 20.
Larry Lessig, Harvard constitutional law professor and Democratic presidential candidate, defended Berkeley pro bono.
