Mihir Desai is a Senior Counsel in Mumbai High Court attending case and Vinamra is the lawyer who are attending to our Public Interest Litigation filed in Mumbai High Court. The hearing will begin Dec 4.

United States
At present, the cases in D.C. Superior Court are in an Interlocutory Appeal procedure brought about by the defendants challenging the standard for determining 'cause and effect'. (See attached.)
My understanding is that there will be an oral argument some time in November and that would likely put the decision to go forward into next year. At that point, one of two options is most likely: continuing forward with the cases under the Frye standard or sending the cases back for a new evidentiary hearing under the Daubert rules.

Israel
From Israeli parents Facebook group – An Uncontrolled Experiment. From a report of Hadas Tagari of the leaders of the Hod Hasharon fight.
The lawsuit was filed by lawyer Haran Reichman, from the clinic of educational policy and law, in the faculty of law, University of Haifa, and a team of students from the clinic, who accompany the parents fight.
The second lawsuit was filed to the Supreme court against the Ministry of Education regarding tablets in schools. Moreover, the parents complain that the Ministry of Education is forcing the tablet also after school hours. The State is required to respond in November, 2015.
