Les ondes électromagnétiques lui rendent la vie insupportable et depuis l'installation de nouveaux combinés sans fil dans l'établissement scolaire, situé en dessous de son appartement, ses troubles du sommeil et ses douleurs cérébrales ont empiré, a affirmé le prévenu lors de son procès devant le tribunal correctionnel de Besançon mercredi.
Son avocat, Me Jérôme Pichoff, a plaidé "l'état de nécessité" assurant que son client n'avait pas l'intention de troubler la classe, mais seulement de "mettre un terme à sa souffrance". 
Le maire de la commune avait porté plainte contre l'intrusion du quinquagénaire dans l'établissement scolaire. Le tribunal a suivi les réquisitions du parquet.
