News Items Plus Update On Smart Meter Health Effects Law Suits

Hello All, Just wanted to give you a brief update on our lawsuits against the utilities for health effects from smart meters/smart grid in the state of CA: Edison recently filed for a change of venue from regular court into "complex court", for their own advantageous reasons.  The good news is that the judge REJECTED their attempt at change of venue!  PG@E similarly has applied for a change of venue, but this time to put it into Federal Court.  We are submitting our brief to show why our complaints are not a federal issue, but a state issue.  To my recollection, all defendants including manufacturers, installers and utilities have applied for a motion to dismiss.  We are of course countering that with reasons why these cases cannot be dismissed.  I will keep you posted as things progress.  If anyone knows of anyone on the state of CA who believes they are experiencing health effects from smart meters/smart grid and would like to join these suits but have questions, they can email me at contact (at) thepeoplesinitiative (dot) org or call me at 310-281-9639.  Below is our video for the lawsuit, describing some of the health effects.  You may have already seen it in which case just skip it.
