PG&E is not budging on its controversial move to install SmartMeters in Sebastopol. The City Council wanted PG&E to halt installation until the state Public Utilities Commission concludes hearings on how customers can opt-out.
And now, the EMF Safety Network is filing a lawsuit against the CPUC over Smart Meters.
