A Little NON EMF Stuff Obituary We are saddened to announce the passing of Karen Nold, owner of the EMF awareness website MeansForChange.org   Karen was a 43 years young and deeply effected by EMFs.  She died of lymphoma, an illness closely linked with EMF exposure.  I communicated with her from time to time and was shocked to hear of her passing as I did not even know of her lymphoma.  She will be missed by many.  Our condolences go out to her family and close friends.  Please visit her website in her honor and pass it on. Smart Meter Legal Update  The utility is appealing this loss, but pending the appeal, this is a possible permanent victory for all co-ops and maybe even municipal utilities in CA in that they cannot charge opt out fees for people with doctor's notes.  IOU (Investor Owned Utilities are a whole other animal however, barred from even going to court and remanded back to the IOUs governmental cover agencies, the CPUC and even worse, the FCC, as was the case with our lawsuits against PG&E and Edison...
