WORLD-WIDE RADIATION-FALLOUT THREAT SOLVED BY (Deuterium-derived) BROWN'S GAS :
There are several techniques.
The attachment can serve as an introduction as to likely protocols/techniques for the clean up various factors.
Our collaborative network has been in touch with Japanese officials (here at the Ottawa Embassy, the Toronto Environmental Attaché and the Foreign Affairs people Ministry / Prime Minister's Office in Tokyo via Japanese colleagues) and the Japanese Imperial family without appreciable headway regarding accelerated and one-time clean-up of Fukushima issues. We have even approached South Korean representatives in contact with Japanese diplomats, both here and in Seoul, also without headway.
Consider using & mentioning to others our PayPal link to help by donating - even small amounts - to PACE and get us through + to really clean up:
Thank you for thinking about us, Phil! I often think about you - all the way back to the Ithaca days!
Cordially, and in goodwill,

Andrew,Were you referring to Brown's Gas when you mentioned addressing the radiation issue generated at Fukishima? I think it may be time to try and get ahead of the problem rather then continuing to come at it from behind.Best Wishes,Phil ThomasBROWN'S GAS : Suppressed plasma physics technology can neutralize cataclysmic Fukishima radiation.

Proof exists of such a technology by observing the existence of the extraordinary Brown's gas "torches" that liquefies metals but does not in the least damage human tissue exposed briefly to the ejection flame.Supposedly , the Chinese eagerly bought up the Brown's gas technology patent(s) 20 years or so ago. A person can purchase such plasma gas 'torches' from the Chinese online. The quality of such a manufactured device is understandably questionable.Today , the leading expert in the Brown's gas technologies field is undeniably electrical engineer/physicist (polymath) "Herr Professor" Dr. Konstantin Meyl of Germany. An erudite Nikola Tesla engineering scholar , Dr. Meyl has recently published some 17 books (recently translated into English) on his "Vortex Physics" theories , encompassing Quantum-Field Electrodynamics and the utilization of THE LONGITUDINAL/TRANSVERSE STANDING (GRAVITY) WAVE FORCES OF ZERO-POINT PHYSICS , DESCRIBED BY PHYSICIST DR. DAVID BOHM'S "IMPLICATE ORDER".Call me soon David , LukeOn Friday, November 15, 2013 5:48 PM, David Sereda <davidsereda@hotmail.com> wrote:Luke, A lot of people from Coast are interested in my idea to heal using Cesium frequencies.

Subject: RE: Test Bed Paper for Cesium Ocean Remediation
we re moving into the CRYSTAL AGE so we need to try this out.
The potential is huge
l would think that you DO NOT NEED AN ISOTOPE ROD
the Mining Environmental people at UBC would have grades of Cesium maybe close to Cesium 137
they are very close in electrons and protons becuase it is something they have to do is remediation
on in soil from Mining companies all the time.
David you draft up a Powerpoint WhitePaper justifying a TestBed with some technical details on why
WAVE FORM OSCILLATION might work for remediation of Cesium that it has a chance to work at least to try it...
you gotta get a little techie and l will contact UBC people l spent 20 years in high tech doing this
kinda stuff as a business manager.
l will look at some more stuff tommorrow...if the test works then l can raise the investment ASAP
here are some good articles on OCEAN REMEDIATION and CESSIUM
we have to create a TEST BED in a Tank thats all.
with the right test measurement devices, and documentation and results
heres a neat article

the only people l can see who could review this for testing is...a University
and the NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL could fund a short term grant test.
They respond quite quickly. They would be the only people in Canada who have access to a ROD
or an environment for testing...UBC for sure.
l know top people in the environment here who could approach the right people
but in Canada David everyone works through the National Research Council

The toxic substances were identified as Tritium, Cesium and Strontium, being carried far and wide by winds, rain and ocean currents, entering the food chain through seaweed and seafood, building up high levels of toxicity in the fish – and humans – at the top end of the consumption chain.
