Cindy Verschoor lies and misleads, The WHO has classified RF EMFradiation as a Class 2B carcinogen, the same classification as Lead, Diesel exhaust, DDT, Chlordane and many other toxic agents. Dear Mike, at your request, or not, I would come and spray your residence with DDT, Chlordane or one of these compounds of your choosing 24/7 365 days per anum, the same exposure as citizens will receive from Microwave frequency radiation from WIRELESS smart meters. Please do some research. Now, at least on this issue, you are nothing more than a dumbed-down talking head. And if you persist in using a cell phone next to your ear extensively every day for 20 years, you will not be a talking head of any description.

You are right , smarten up Mike and get up to speed / smart meters do emit harmful non-thermal radiation accocding to WHO/IARC AND BC hydro are a pack of LIARS/chuck

How can Cindy “For Sure” sleep at night? She told so many lies that I lost count. Anyone that is educated and up to speed on this issue could eat her alive in a one on one debate.
Radio Station frequencies as stated by Ms. Verschoor are NOT the same frequencies as the non-thermal microwaves being used by the meters.

I really don’t believe that Cindy Verschoor knows what the hell she’s talking about when she says that Smartmeters are only transmitting once or twice a day. I’ve watched a video from the Coalitian Against Smartmeters showing a radiation detector placed in front of a newly installed meter. It was emitting radiation from the moment of installation. They’re also not approved by the Canadian Standards Association, as Cindy didn’t mention.
But the Human Rights Tribunal’s focus is far too narrow on this issue at any rate. There will also be the issue of invasion of privacy when these meters are able to detect which appliances you’re using once all new appliances must contain a computer chip which conveys that information. Mike was right about the peak use billing issue but he neglected to mention how that billing information will be determined- through the new so called smart appliances.
