Sooke to radiate kids

Sooke to radiate kids

Sooke School District is rolling out commercial Wi-Fi networks in ALL its schools, as most school districts across BC, without consulting parents first nor providing any disclosure of the potential health impacts associated with long term, cumulative exposure to microwave radiation. In todays classrooms, a multitude of wireless devices all emitting pulsed radiation will expose children at close proximity for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. What will that mean to a little boy or girl after 12 years or more of exposure?

Public health experts from the WHO, IARC, EEA, and the AAEM to list a few health agencies are advising children reduce their exposure to microwave, radio frequency radiation, not significantly increase it on a daily basis! Without full disclosure there is no informed parental consent to expose people’s children all day while at school to a 2 b carcinogen !! Tragically it may take a class action lawsuit before children’s rights to a safe learning environment are adhered to. The internet can be obtained with much safer, faster, and more secure hard wired connections that many schools already have in place. Convenience surely should never override the safety of children and yet that is exactly what is happening.

Please do you part to help grow awareness of the dangers of Wi-Fi technology. Share this PDF document with its numerous links to every relative/friend/neighbour/co worker with children you know.

Thanks so much.

Parents must demand:

1) Health and safety hearings with the School Board
2) Full Disclosure of potential risks of chronic microwave, radio frequency radiation exposure for children
3) Informed Parental Consent (2b carcinogen) before allowing WiFi technology in schools
4) Some schools in each district at a minimum must be free of indoor Wi-Fi emissions, using only hard wired communications within the building.
