Det kan virke både hyggeligt og uskyldigt at bruge sin computer eller mobiltelefon i sengen, men i virkeligheden kan det have en meget negativ effekt på hverdagen.

Særligt ungdommens brug af de aktive medier gør forskerne bekymrede. Især er det nemlig de unge, der har en tendens til at tage elektronikken med i seng.
