This coming Wednesday, June 12, the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation is holding an Oversight Hearing, and the FCC commissioners are being called-upon to testify.  This is an opportunity to submit questions about the safety of 5G, and to ask why current guidelines have not been updated in 23 years.

Please call and write the members of the Commerce, Science & Transportation committee with the following (suggested) questions for the FCC.  Please do this before Tuesday:

Dear Senator

Please ask the Commissioners of the Federal Communications Commission the following critical questions at the June 12 Oversight Hearing:

1) Why has Docket 13-84 regarding updating the rules on “Human Exposure to RF Electromagnetic Fields,” opened in 2013, not yet been completed?

2) Why is the Government Accountability Office closing the audit recommendations (Docket 13-84) as NOT IMPLEMENTED?

3) If the health regulatory agencies have advised the FCC that current safety guidelines protect human health, including the exponential increase of radiation exposure from the 5G small cell tower wireless infrastructure, where are the actual studies and reports proving this, and will they be made available to the public?

Also, I ask that you please call for a halt of the deployment of the 5G small cell tower wireless infrastructure until these questions are answered, and evidence of safety is clearly established.  Thank you.

Sincerely,

Further Suggested questions submitted by Rebecca:

Why is Congress still apparently allowing weaponized 5G wifi to be imposed on the American people when:

o    From congressional testimony given on February 7, 2019 before the US Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, it is now well-known that there have been no credible independent telecom industry studies of possible 5G risks to human-environmental health/safety/security to confirm or deny many credible, accessible independent, government, academic and military research findings over the past 50 years that there are such risks?   This 5-minute testimony can be viewed in the C-SPAN archives, if not yours.

o    When the US Commerce Department, UNDER WHOSE AUTHORITY THE FCC FALLS, has not yet heeded this Senate committee's request that it pursue an investigation of its sub-agency, the FCC and its long-term, well-documented, massive collusion in financial/material fraud and conspiracy with the telecommunications industry that it is allegedly mandated to regulate?  See nearly 600 pages of actionable evidence in "The Book of Broken Promises: The $400 Billion Dollar Broad-Band Scandal" by Bruce Kushner and his team of Irregulators

o    When over 60 municipalities and their related associations nationwide just filed a trillion-dollar class action lawsuit against the FCC for violating the RICO Act, as well as the 10th Amendment of the American Bill of Rights, with more catastrophic legal actions to follow against the US corporate government and its officials, both elected and appointed?

Further Suggested questions submitted by Jeanice:

1.  Why are the "safety limits" in America 100x higher than those set for other countries?

2.  Why has the FCC been allowed to open up the very part of the spectrum that is known to cause the MOST HARM (i.e., 2.4 GHz) -- which frequency can now be used freely and without licensing -- and why is this frequency being used in baby monitors, cell phones, wifi devices (now in almost every school), etc., when it is known that this frequency will cause sterility, brain damage, heart irregularities that can lead to sudden death, immune system dysfunction, various forms of cancer and blood disorders, and more?

3.  Why are so many towers being placed close to schools or right on top of schools?

4.  Is the leadership at the FCC deliberately trying to harm us and our children?
