Expert witness question?

I work for the Institute for Building Biology & Ecology and have a friend in Western Pennsylvania fighting the Public Utility Commission and Duquesne Light Company, trying to prevent them from installing a smart meter on her home. Her case will be going before an administrative judge, and the company has retained the following persons as expert witnesses testifying on behalf of the utility company. I am wondering if you or anyone on your list knows anything about them? Do they have conflicts of interest? Has anyone in your network had any dealings with them? We would be grateful for any information or help you might be able to offer.
