I just spent about 3.5 hours in Palo Alto doing measurements for a client in the vicinity of several of these 5G Antennas, followed by a drive through downtown Palo Alto, and am still feeling sick as a dog 6 hours later: nausea that will not go way. Other symptoms include pressure in the head and massive brain fog.

We had been led to believe that 5G was not hear yet, but new information says that they are already trialling 5G in Palo Alto.

“Ericsson is asking the FCC for permission to use 27.5-28.35 GHz spectrum so that it can conduct tests using a 5G base station, but it’s asking that confidential treatment be given to details of what’s being studied and the antenna parameters.

The company seeks an 11-month license to do the tests but wants authorization by Feb. 28 in time to conduct a demo at the Verizon Board of Governors meeting, according to the application, which lists the station location in Palo Alto, California.”

Palo Alto 4G Small Cells: An Extreme Health Hazard

19 “Small Cell” 4G Antennas with Faux-Mailbox Power Supplies in Palo Alto, CA


The following is a link to the planning documents for a high-density 4G Distributed Antenna System (DAS) in Palo Alto: 19 so-called “small Cell” antennas installed in high-density fashion in a 3 block x 6 block area. These antennas and their faux-maibox power supply cabinets were deployed on Palo Alto sidewalks by Crown Castle on behalf of Verizon. Construction was completed and the antennas were powered-on in November, 2016.
On 4/21/17, we completed measurements of Radio-Frequency Microwave Radiation (RF/MW radiation) on the sidewalks beneath and near these DAS antennas using a professionally-certified RF/MW radiation meter. The results show that these antennas are forcibly exposing Palo Alto residents, workers and visitors to hazardous levels of RF/MW radiation 24/7/365. Our RF/MW radiation measurements, unbelievably, are the only actual RF/MW radiation measurements ever completed for this project.

The screen of the HF-59B meter (equipped with a DG20_G10 -20 dB attenuator) shows peak RF/MW radiation readings of 72,000 to 123,000 microwatts per square meter (µW/m²) when standing on the sidewalk below the “Small Cells”. Applying the correction factor for the high-speed, pulsed, digital signals of 4G/LTE, the peak levels of 4G/LTE RF/MW radiation are actually over 720,000 to 1,230,000 µW/m², per the GigaHertz Solutions’ product manual and product video.

The Gigahertz Solutions HF-59B documentation specifies how to properly meter and report the high crest factor signals with needle-like, microsecond bursts of power used in the 4G/LTE signals (with OFDM/OFDMA modulation) that are emitted by these “Small Cell” antennas in downtown Palo Alto.
DOSE or total exposure over time, is the relevant concept to any physician evaluating exposure to a toxic agent or to any toxicology study, including the $25-million, 16-year 2016 National Toxicology Program Study on Carcinognenesis of RF/MW radiation. Dr. Ronald L. Melnick, the lead designer of the NTP study stated on 6/1/16:
Risk is determined from both the dosimetry, which is the absorbed power [multiplied by] time [of exposure], versus the tumor response . . . because of the large number of [exposed human] users worldwide, even a small increase in risk at exposure propensities that may be close to what humans experience, could result in a large number of people developing a RF-radiation-induced tumor with long-term exposure.
When they wrote the 1996 Telecommunications Act, the Wireless industry lobbyists conveniently left out of the FCC RF/MW radiation exposure guidelines any concept of total exposure over time. These lobbyists and FCC regulators wrote into law fraudulent, scientifically-unsound, RF/MW exposure guidelines based on a rate of exposure, not based on the total exposure over time: this obvious trick is considered utter nonsense by competent physicians or PhD biologists, working in the field.
The Wireless industry lobbyists based their RF/MW radiation exposure guideline on a false and scientifically-unsound assumption that living organisms can dissipate the biological effects of RF/MW radiation exposures. Substantial scientific evidence (over 25,000 studies since the 1920’s) have proven immediate and direct short-term biological damages from RF/MW radiation exposures at levels far below what we measured on Palo Alto sidewalks on 4/21/17. There are also long-term biological damages caused by these levels of RF/MW radiation.

There’s no known cure, and the only way to alleviate the symptoms seems to be to distance themselves from electronic devices and the influence of omnipresent wireless networks.+
Electrosensitive people insist that Wi-Fi and cell phones are inflicting constant harm on humans, animals, and nature. Their testimonies are not the only evidence that non-ionising radiation may not be as harmless as we have been led to believe. Scientific studies that have been conducted on plants, insects, and mice suggest these electromagnetic waves may be damaging living organisms. Scientists from around the world have appealed to the UN, warning of the negative, long-term effects that electromagnetic fields could be having on animal and plant life.
At the moment, electrosensitive people have no choice but to flee to the woods or distant rural areas that wireless technology hasn’t yet reached. This often means leaving their families behind. Such sanctuaries are not easy to find, however, and they are becoming scarcer by the day. Sufferers warn that they are just the first to have detected the problem, which they expect to get worse and affect more and more people. Their message is not to stop progress, but to proceed with caution, making sure new technology is really safe before it is made widely available.

SACRAMENTO-- Scientists, physicians, and local governments throughout California are raising the alarm about Senate Bill SB649 (similar bills exist in other states), which would eliminate the established planning control that local governments currently have over the placement of wireless facilities along streets and on public property. Powerful wireless corporations want this local control eviscerated to pave the way for forced 5G (Millimeter wave) deployment. The wireless industry claims the public wants this new infrastructure, but if the public really wanted these new cell sites in their neighborhoods, SB 649 would of course not be necessary. SB 649 is all about suppressing democracy to suit the CTIA.
If the bill passes, expect big telecom to try and bully their way into your community with high frequency microwave cell sites on street poles (adding to electrosmog from existing smart meter, 3G, and 4G antennas) in a way that will make recent smart meter deployments seem like a friendly tea party with the utilities. It has been documented that these 5G cell sites emit constant radiation at the same frequencies as crowd control microwave pain-inducing weaponry. Millimeter wave wireless is already in testing in certain areas in California and elsewhere.
The author of SB 649, Senator Ben Hueso of San Diego, does not have a lot of experience in radiation and preventative public health, but he does have experience with bad judgment and endangering public safety. Hueso was arrested for drunk driving the wrong way down a one way street in Sacramento after a Senate holiday party in 2014.
The California State Senate Governance and Finance Committee met on April 26th and voted unanimously to approve SB 649. You can watch the disgusting display in its entirety here. (Go to 04/26/2017 Senate Governance and Finance Committee- watch or download starting at 4:51:45)
At the hearing, Senator Robert Hertzburg of the San Fernando Valley had this to say explaining his disregard of compelling health issues and his yes vote on SB649:
“And you know, and I don’t disregard and I did not not look at your, at those books that you gave me ’cause I read everything – the gentleman who gave those green, those books last year, at those studies (on wireless health damage -ed.). And look, you know, there have been through society all sorts of times when we make decisions and technology, we see these things change and the like, but we make balances.

We have automobiles. There was a 38,000 deaths in society last year – people dead, dead because of cars. Not just injured. But we say there’s a value to having an automobile. And we make these public policy decisions, you know, in terms of those balances.“
Did I blink and not notice that legislators have shifted from ridicule, denial, and disregard of wireless health hazards directly to apathy and calculated, cynical, and callous disregard for human suffering, pain and loss? Are we really openly discussing- at the highest policy levels in California- without question or analysis- the sacrifice of human lives to enable the “internet of things?”
Sen. Hertzburg’s comments reflect a casual disregard for taking life and a willingness to trade dollars, cents, and convenience for acknowledged health hazards. His comparison between our auto-dependent transport system and our telecommunications system is flawed and is based on a false premise.
We already have a (3G/ 4G) wireless communication network that blankets our communities, just as we already have a road network that introduces access (and often barriers) where we live. SB 649 is not about “balancing” anything. SB649 is the wireless equivalent of forcing interstate highways down quiet roads and through backyards, without a shred of input or control of residents and local governments. It’s a way of taking the existing damage and death being inflicted on Californians through pulsed radiation from smart meters, 3G and 4G and then adding a high frequency wireless network on top of that, pulsing hundreds of gigahertz and ensuring no business or residence is out of range, or out of sight from this additional layer of microwave saturation. This is serious shit, folks.
While cynical, sleazy and corrupted politicians like Robert Hertzburg and Ben Hueso,
greased with the cash and perks of the wireless industry at hush hush golf events, play fast and loose with the lives of our pregnant women, infants, and children, our environment and our future, and with the help of corporate cash, apparently convincing their senate colleagues that the bill is a good idea, real people will suffer and die because of a willingness to brutally force millions of powerful small cells in neighborhoods.
Remember this is the same state government whose Department of Public Health sat on a cell phone health warning flyer that could have saved thousands of lives, for 7 years until UC Berkeley’s Joel Moskowitz sued the state to release it. The same CDPH was the recipient of thousands of smart meter health damage reports from StopSmartMeters.org starting in 2010 as well as directly from the injured. There were so many of these complaints the CDPH had to establish a special e-mail address to receive them. Yet no formal investigation was ordered or warning issued. There is good reason why many of us who have been working on these issues see state and federal response to the wireless health crisis as corrupt, blinkered, and non-existent. And now they want to make it worse. Way worse.
