Denver Public Schools (D)S) proposes putting 5G cell towers on roughly 30 schools, and some parents aren't happy

Parents outraged because of potential health risks

DENVER – We're learning more about a plan to put 5G cell towers on Denver Public Schools.

It’s a proposed idea that has outraged some parents who say these towers could put the health of kids at risk.

"My feeling is that they should not, at a minimum, go on top of public schools,” said Batya Stepelman, a parent of children at Teller Elementary. “Period."

While towers have existed for years on top of schools like Barnum Elementary and Denver School of the Arts, an agreement between DPS and telecom giants like Verizon and T-Mobile would expand the number of towers.

"There are no FCC studies about the impacts from radiation," Stepelman said.

At this time, the American Cancer Society's position is that radiofrequency waves from cell towers are not enough to break chemical bonds in DNA molecules which lead to cancer, unlike X-rays and ultra-violet rays.

Roughly 30 schools are slated for new tower installation or modifications to existing towers.

We’ve included a list of those DPS schools here .

5G is fifth generation cell technology that provides lightning quick wireless, among other things.

The agreements to place towers on schools can pay cash-strapped districts like Denver thousands.

"Getting funding for supplies and teachers and schools, I absolutely appreciate that they’re looking for other means to make any type of extra funding," Barnum parent Michelle Perez said.

But it’s the inconclusive research on the health risks of cell towers that have parents, the district and other parents at odds.

"They made assurances of safety,” Stepelman said. “They said that these towers have been researched."

"I don't think it's putting kids at risk if you don't have the data to prove it," said LeRoy Espenosa, whose niece attends Barnum Elementary.

Where Is Published Scientific Literature Regarding Non-ionizing Radiation, Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) & Microwave Radiation Hazards?

One would think Internet searches for specific literature regarding EMFs and RFRs emitted by microwaves and numerous high tech “smart” personal-use devices would not be easy to find, but Physicians for Safe Technology  surprisingly found many and created a webpage consisting of “Military and Government Reports.”
Those reports come from:
  • NASA
  • Defense Intelligence Agency
  • Naval Military Research Institute
  • EPA 1992 Electric and Magnetic Fields
  • EPA 1990 Evaluation of the Potential Carcinogenicity of Electromagnetic Fields
  • EPA Office of Air and Radiation

In their article, With 5G, We Feel Like Guinea Pigs, posted July 18, 2019, they report neighbors met to discuss their many common symptoms and many unanswered questions.

Personally, I think it morally imperative to possess as much accurate information regarding EMFs/RFRs/ELFs, plus the coming 5G millimeter waves, so we can prepare ourselves for battles extraordinaireliterally and figuratively, especially if or when big tech and microwave providers and platforms have standardized ‘consensus science’  experts testify, and the engaging way state and federal regulatory agencies buy into USA being Number 1 in tech, as currently is being steamrolled over many of us in various cities around the country.

National Park Service Improperly Approves Cell Tower Installation, Doesn’t Know How Many There Are, Fails to Collect Telecom Fees, Noncompliant with Eco-Rule

Decades of research has already determined that cell tower radiation is biologically and environmentally harmful.  Thanks to Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) for filing a complaint which led to this heartbreaking discovery.

CELL TOWER MIASMA PERVADES NATIONAL PARK SYSTEM
Audit Finds Broad Noncompliance with Eco-Rules and Revenue Collection
Washington, DC — The National Park Service does not even know how many cell towers it has, improperly issues approvals for building towers, and fails to collect money owed by telecoms, according to a new audit prompted by a complaint from Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER).  While the NPS promises to fix these problems, PEER charges that these lapses are multiplying rather than abating.
The Interior Department Office of Inspector General (IG) audit entitled “The NPS Needs To Improve Management of its Commercial Right-of-Way Program” was conducted following an October 2017 PEER complaint concerning illegal cell tower approvals in Yosemite National Park. The audit confirmed those problems and determined they were systemwide, including –
  • Widespread noncompliance with NPS rules requiring reviews of potential adverse impacts on environmental and cultural resources;
  • Failure to even bill for, let alone collect, revenue owed to NPS by telecoms; and
  • Lack of oversight to the extent that parks cannot accurately report what they have permitted and nationally the NPS does not inventory what cell facilities have been built.
The root problem is a Park Service embrace of cellular coverage without any critical analysis, outsourcing its resource protection role to the telecom industry,” stated PEER Executive Director Tim Whitehouse, pointing out that these private companies are permitted to use park land and resources to benefit their commercial subscribers. “In short, the IG found that the Park Service is illegally subsidizing the telecom industry to the detriment of the parks.”
One common failing the IG confirmed was parks approving cell tower construction with the type of permit issued for special events, like a wedding or film shoot. Instead, they are supposed to issue a right-of-way permit with annual fees based upon market value. Without even determining market value, the amount of revenue the deficit-ridden park system forfeits cannot be calculated.
In addition, parks allow the company that built the tower to collect rental from competing telecoms collocating their equipment on the tower without forwarding a dime to the park.
“The problems that PEER found at Yosemite are being repeated today at other parks, such as Grand Teton and Yellowstone,” added Pacific PEER Director Jeff Ruch, noting that NPS agreed to implement all the IG reform recommendations but without any indication of remedial action. “Until the Park Service shows that it will hold its managers to account for violating the law and agency rules, we can expect these violations to continue.”

SMART METERS: French court rules against Linky for health reasons

A French court has ordered the removal of the controversial Linky electricity smart meters from 13 homes, for medical reasons.

The tribunal de grande instance (TGI or the civil court) of Tours considered the case of 121 “anti-Linky” complainants, and threw out 108 of the claims. The remaining 13 were accepted, with the court conceding a possible link between their medical complaints and their Linky smart meters.

One included a seven-year-old child living in Tours, who was - the court said - in “a state of chronic fatigue” and having “difficulty sleeping”, as proven in a medical note, “which could be linked to the Linky meter”.

The court demanded that in the case of these 13 individuals, the Linky meter be removed, and the households be delivered electricity without the device.

Lawyer for the complainants, Arnaud Durand, said that he would push for compensation for “the people who will not be able to live at home”.

In June 2017, medical safety agency L'Agence Nationale de SĂ©curitĂ© Sanitaire (Anses) concluded that the meters could be linked to some “health doubts” - including the possible consequences of exposure to electromagnetic fields.
These have not yet been resolved, according to Me Durand.
He is now hoping to bring more cases against the installation of the Linky meter throughout France.

The country has already seen 22 cases brought to court, including in Rennes, Toulouse, and Bordeaux. Most claims were thrown out, except for a few complainants who cited “electro-sensitivity” to the meters.

The Linky was first rolled out by electricity distribution network company Enedis in 2015. The meters enable electricity use to be measured remotely, so users are charged without a need for a manual reading by the homeowner or an engineer.

Homeowners are also expected to save up to €50 per year on their bills.

But the meters have been controversial since the beginning, with critics stating concernsover the alleged health risks, fire risks, and the transmission of individuals’ data to a private company. Some have also said that the design and manufacturing process breaks competition and monopoly laws.

More than 700 communes have come out against the Linky so far.

In February this year, a court ruled that a village had the right to say no to them, and residents of the town of Blagnac (Occitanie) were given legal permission to refuse for Enedis to collect any information from their Linky, or for an engineer to enter their property.

Yet, there are set to be 34 million Linky meters across France by 2021. They are legally required to have replaced 80% of the previous mechanical meter stock by 2020 - in line with a European Commission directive stating that all member states must change to at least 80% smart meters by this date.

Are You Ready To Have Elon Musk’s Artificial Intelligence Chip, Neuralink, Inserted Into Your Brain? Trials Start 2020 For The ‘Robotization’ Of Humankind

Our colleague, Alexandra Bruce, publisher at Forbidden Knowledge TV  has done it again!
Alexandra produced an informative narration, which explains in minor detail Musk’s unimaginable chutzpah to sacrifice the human brain to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Here’s what Alexandra has to say.
[….] David Icke had made a name for himself by talking about our “microchipped future“, where we would all be forced to submit to implantation with a subdermal RFID transponder to track our whereabouts 24/7 and which would replace credit cards and money, as the chips would link our physical bodies to our bank accounts.
[….]
Icke has somewhat retreated from his reptilian claims but the implanted RFID claims were based on real developments, as film producer Aaron Russo discovered when he befriended Nicholas Rockefeller, who told him that the microchipped future was indeed what they had in store for us useless eaters.
It seemed that Verichip would be the industry leader in this technology but they went out of business about a decade ago, after animals used to test the devices developed cancers near the implant injection sites.
Between the cancer concerns and the concerns about device hacking and identity theft – and the fact that mobile phones accomplished everything that Verichip had ever hoped to do, the idea of implantable chips seemed to languish for the past decade. Seven US states even passed laws making the involuntary implantation of such devices illegal.
But the implantable chip is now back with a vengeance and it doesn’t just want to be your GPS tracker and your crypto wallet, it wants to make you part of the Borg! And if that wasn’t scary enough, the person who warned us about runaway Artificial Intelligence, Elon Musk is the same person who has developed this technology and is explaining to you why you want to implant an AI chip in your brain!
[….]
“Elon Musk is ready to begin implanting his [Neuralink] technology on humans as early as next year…The Neuralink chip is made up of a thousand strands of electrodes that will be inserted into the brain by a specialized robot. The chip will act as a sensor affixed to the skull and an interface device will be placed behind the ear. The device will be controlled with an iPhone app.”[…]
Musk stresses that Neuralink is “Not a mandatory thing,” but that, “even in a benign AI scenario, we will be left behind…With a high-bandwidth brain-machine interface, I think we can actually go along for the ride [with the development and the deployment of artificial intelligence] and we can effectively have the option of merging with AI.”

Verizon Turns On 5G in Atlanta, Detroit, Indianapolis, and D.C. Still No Scientific Evidence That This Is Safe.

The telecom industry has provided NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe.  Research has confirmed that it isn’t (see 12) and that exposure can cause sweating and other undesirable symptoms and conditions.  U.S. opposition to 5G continues to increase and few people have signed up for it where it’s already been installed.  It’s even been reported as making phones overheat (see 12).
Regardless, it’s now live in 4 more U.S. cities.  From The Verge:
Verizon has hooked four more cities up to its 5G network. Starting today, customers in Atlanta, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Washington, DC will be able to connect to the company’s next-gen wireless network. The additions mean that Verizon’s 5G network is now available in nine US cities, after previously rolling out in Denver, ProvidenceSt. PaulMinneapolis, and Chicago. Verizon says its 5G network will be live in more than 30 cities by the end of the year.''
…]
In Washington DC, consumers, businesses and government agencies can initially access Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband service in areas of Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Cardozo / U Street, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, Le Droit Park, Georgetown Waterfront, Judiciary Square, Shaw, Eckington, NOMA, National Mall and the Smithsonian, Gallery Place / Chinatown, Mt. Vernon Square, Downtown, Penn Quarter, Brentwood, Southwest Waterfront, Navy Yard, and nearby Crystal City, VA, as well as around landmarks such as the Ronald Reagan National Airport, United States Botanical Gardens, Hart Senate Building, National Gallery of Art, Lafayette Square, The White House, Freedom Plaza, Farragut Square, George Washington University, Capital One Arena, Union Station, Howard University Hospital, George Washington University Hospital, and Georgetown Waterfront Park.
Descriptions for Atlanta, Detroit, and Indianapolis are equally specific.
Doctors, elected officials, environmentalists, meteorologists, security experts, the U.S. Navyutility companies have also warned against widespread 5G installation for reasons other than biological and environmental risks.  Regardless, telecom companies continue to promoteand install it wherever they can unless a community fights to stop it.
